Richard Guzman

Richard Guzman is currently an Analista de Gestión de Procesos y Mejora Continua at Pandero. Prior to this, they worked as Jefe de Organización y Métodos at Cooperativa de Ahooro y Credito Tumi from September 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for implementing the Gestión por Procesos in the institution and for administering and maintaining all documentation up to date. Richard also proposed, implemented, and monitored various management indicators. Additionally, they were responsible for successfully applying development and continuous improvement methodology in the institution. Before Cooperativa de Ahooro y Credito Tumi, Richard Guzman worked as an Analista Senior de Procesos at Asociación Cultural Latinoamericana | Organización Educativa SISE - Universidad Científica del Sur from January 2014 to September 2014. In this role, they provided general consulting on Back Office processes, prepared situational analysis of UCSUR and UPS, as well as proposals for organizational development and improvement. Richard also reengineered processes to be supported and adapted to the PEOPLESOFT ERP system and prepared a User Manual for personnel training in the TOBE of the processes adapted to ERP. Lastly, they implemented and monitored various management indicators.

Richard Guzman has a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, a degree in Knowledge Management from University of Buenos Aires, a degree in Lean Construction from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a degree in Process and Quality Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Richard also has a Diploma in Project Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Diploma in Business Process Management from Universidad de Piura. Finally, they are a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega and a certified Process Manager from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Richard Guzman reports to Isabel Chuyes, Jefe de Proyectos Innovación y Calidad. They work with Raul Fernandez - Analista de Gestion de Proyectos, Estefani Barraza - Analista de Aplicaciones y Desarrollos Rápidos, and Grecia Ponce - Analista de Calidad de Software.
