Luis Garcia is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in leading and expanding retail business operations across North America. Currently serving as Head of Operations for Pandora, Luis previously held the role of Vice President of Operations at Lovisa Pty Ltd, where significant achievements included driving a 507% increase in retail store count and leading critical COVID-19 strategies. Prior to that, Luis spent 16 years at Forever 21, progressing from Director of Global Store Operations to Regional Manager, contributing to multi-million dollar initiatives and expansions into international markets.
