Melanie Franco Burmester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership within the retail and luxury sectors. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Pandora since August 2021, Melanie leads a team managing 120 operations, aligning sales strategies with financial goals, and driving expansion efforts for new concept stores and kiosks. Previously, Melanie held key sales roles at Sanavita, CHANEL, L'Oréal, MAC Cosmetics, JUICY COUTURE, and CRIS BARROS, where responsibilities included market analysis, team management, budget oversight, and strategic business development. Melanie holds degrees in Marketing and Fashion Marketing from FAAP and Parsons School of Design, alongside further qualifications in Business Administration from Bryn Mawr College.
