Octavio Borgatello currently serves as the Global Vice President of Store Design, Planning and Execution at Pandora since June 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Group Director Store Design for Fashion and Watches Fine Jewelry at CHANEL from March 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managing the store design team and budgeting for US multibrand projects. At H&M, from December 2012 to February 2018, Octavio was the Director of Store Planning for North America, overseeing design for new and rebuilt projects across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Previous positions held include Project Manager at Loro Piana and Barteluce Architects & Associates, where Octavio coordinated store development and managed construction documentation for high-end retail spaces. An early career role as a Designer at BLT Architects involved large-scale hospitality projects. Octavio holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Digital Transformation from IEBS, a Professional Diploma in UX Design from Glasgow Caledonian University, a PhD in Theory and History of Architecture from UPC School, and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
