Cory Thiessen

Cory Thiessen has an extensive background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Retail Operations at Panera Bread since June 2014. Previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Darden--Red Lobster, overseeing eight restaurants in the St. Louis market and ensuring operational excellence. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager, where Cory Thiessen managed five locations and directly supervised multiple managers and over 85 employees per location, as well as as Restaurant Assistant Manager, gaining foundational operational skills and leadership experience.
