Stacy Duffy

Stacy Duffy is a seasoned professional in marketing and loyalty program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Loyalty and Recurring Revenue at Panera Bread since January 2022. Prior to Panera Bread, Stacy held multiple roles at Target from February 2006 to February 2022, including Director of Marketing and Experience for the nationally launched Target Circle loyalty program, where over 90 million members were acquired, and identification rates of 44% were achieved. Other notable positions at Target included Sr Insights Manager, where Stacy developed a comprehensive Enterprise-Wide Loyalty Strategy, and Manager roles focusing on Guest Insights and strategic planning for various loyalty initiatives. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
