Ivan Conversano is an experienced massage teacher and industry leader currently serving as a massage teacher at Panestetic srl since November 2022. Ivan is the co-creator of the World Massage Meeting by Cosmoprof, a global conference for massage therapists, and holds the position of Head of Judges for the massage category at the CIDESCO Global Awards. Ivan has also created the Gaia rituals protocol, an advanced massage technique for luxury spas and holistic salons, and serves as presidente of the European Massage Championship. Ivan's speaking engagements include participation in events such as "the beauty and wellness congress" by Les Nouvelles Esthétiques Italia and the Beauty Forum Milano.
