Victor Moses Navarro

Victor Moses Navarro is a seasoned video professional with extensive experience in post-production and content creation. Currently serving as a Senior Video Editor at Pangaea since September 2020, Victor leads a team of five editors, collaborates with creative and marketing leaders to develop advertisement strategies, and analyzes ad performance across various platforms. As the Director and Co-founder of Outer Heaven Creations LLC., a full-service production company, Victor is involved in all stages of content production, including video ads and music videos. Prior roles include Rental Agent and Senior Camera Technician at On The Mark Camera and Lighting, and teaching assistance at Pasadena City College, where Victor supported filmmaking students. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Television, and Digital Media from UCLA.
