Shay Shoko Sella

Shay Shoko Sella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Their most recent role was as the Head of Product at Pangea, which began in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Product Manager Team Leader at Pangea from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Pangea, Shay worked at Tal Sol Enrgy as a Product Manager from November 2017 to January 2022. They also had a role at NICE Ltd as a Scrum Master, where they were responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Scrum and Agile principles within the scrum team.

Earlier in their career, Shay worked at ClickSoftware as a Software Engineer, specializing in .Net programming and database development from October 2011 to September 2016. They also had a role at Kaltura as a Technical Support Engineer from October 2010 to November 2011.

Shay Shoko Sella's education history includes various degrees and certifications. They completed a Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services course at Product Experts in 2021. Previously, they attended Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bsc degree in Computer Software Engineering. During the same period, they also earned a B.Sc degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies in 2016. Additionally, Shay pursued further education in the field of Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance by taking the CISO course at See-Security: Cyber & Information Security College.

Shay also obtained a certification in Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn in February 2023.
