William Keenan

William Keenan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. William began their career as the Managing Director at US WEST Communications from 1992 to 1995. William then served as the Chairman of the US WEST Communications Payments Systems Council during the same period.

Keenan then joined NatWest Bank, N.A. USA as the SVP of Marketing, Retail Distribution, Strategy, Research, and M&A from June 1995 to May 1996. Following this, they became a Board Member at Value Exchange (FDC) from May 1995 to June 1996.

In 1996, Keenan founded the De Novo Corporation and served as the Group Chairman and CEO. De Novo Corporation was a holding company with businesses in advertising, consulting, financial services, international logistics, and mining in key markets such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and EMEA.

From 2003 to 2012, Keenan held multiple roles. William was the Chairman of East Atlantic Investment Corporation and later became the Chairman and CEO of Ceigis Student Loan Solutions (formerly K2 Financial). At Ceigis Student Loan Solutions, they developed a strategic business plan and capital plan for the start-up specialty finance company.

In 2012, Keenan joined Pango Financial as the Chairman and CEO, where they focused on providing alternative funding solutions for business startups, franchises, and SMEs.

In 2019, Keenan briefly served as an Independent Board Director at DC Solar Freedom. Currently, they are the Chairman of EHD Group, LLC, a company dedicated to optimizing the success of its subsidiaries and facilitating trade with EMEA markets.

William Keenan attended Cheltenham High School from 1973 to 1976, where they focused on general studies. William then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Stockton University from 1979 to 1982. Continuing their education, Keenan obtained a Masters International Management degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1994 to 1996.
