Harshal Asare

Harshal Asare has extensive experience in the engineering outsourcing industry, with a focus on business development and driving strategy and business growth. HARSHAL has held roles as Vice President of Business Development at Pan Gulf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since March 2022, Regional Head for the Middle East and Africa at Neilsoft from October 2013 to March 2022, and Business Development Manager at L&T Technology Services from June 2009 to October 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at UltraTech Cement from August 2005 to May 2007, where they gained experience in team management, demand supply management, and planning.

Harshal Asare pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2001 to 2005, they attended KDK College of Engineering in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Electrical Engineering. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they studied at B.I.M.M and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) with a focus on Marketing & IT.
