Sandip Korde

Sandip Korde has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as a Civil Engineer at Deepak Kulkarni Consultants, where they were involved in designing and analyzing various buildings and steel structures. Sandip also calculated quantities and sizes of reinforced steel and designed GA drawings for bridges.

In 2003, they worked as a Civil Engineer at Architect Sanjay Mistri Associates, focusing on civil engineering projects.

From 2005 to 2014, they served as an Associate Lead Engineer at Neilsoft Ltd, where they led a team of engineers, developed and coordinated BIM projects, managed project estimations and schedules, and trained team members.

From 2014 to 2016, Sandip worked at COWI as a BIM Manager (Specialist), overseeing BIM requirement studies, preparing BIM execution plans, implementing BIM projects, developing BIM strategies, and coordinating ASMEP services.

Since 2016, they have been working at Studio4 Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Consultant, contributing to various consulting projects.

Most recently, Sandip joined Pan Gulf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2022 as an Associate Vice President BIM Infra, although the specific details of their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Sandip Korde has a diverse education history. In 2016, they obtained a BIM Project Management degree from The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the UK, specializing in BIM (Building Information Modeling). Before that, from 1997 to 2000, they attended SES Collage of Engineering in Dhule, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering. Sandip also holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering, which they acquired from Government Polytechnic in Nahik, Maharashtra, during the period of 1993 to 1997. Their earlier academic experience includes attending Madhyamik Vidyalaya in Gangapur, Nashik, from 1988 to 1993, where they completed SSC (Secondary School Certificate) with a focus on languages, science, and mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Sandip Korde has also earned several certifications. In 2013, they became an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional after completing the certification program offered by Autodesk. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Programming Using Python from SoloLearn.
