Charles Wieland

Charles Wieland is a seasoned intellectual property attorney currently serving as a Partner at Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP since June 2022. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Section at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from 1989 to June 2022, following a tenure as Partner at Burns Doane Swecker and Mathis, LLP from 1989 to 2005, which subsequently merged into Buchanan Ingersoll. Charles began their career at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner from 1985 to 1989.
