Darlene Stromberger

Darlene Stromberger, MSOL, is a seasoned consultant specializing in organizational change management with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and process improvement. Currently a Senior Consultant at Panorama Consulting Group since 2015, Darlene focuses on aiding mid- to large-sized organizations in achieving tailored business transformation through technology-agnostic strategies. Previous roles include serving as an Analyst for Customer Care Process Improvement at DIRECTV, where Darlene conducted root cause analyses and identified improvement opportunities, and as a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Dex One, where Darlene spearheaded enterprise-wide change initiatives.
