Jeff Boucher

Jeff Boucher has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Jeff began their career in 1995 as Manager of Financial Reporting at Frank, Rimerman & Co. In 1999, they joined Equity Office Properties as Financial Manager. In 2000, they became Controller of 2Roam, Inc. and was a key member of the executive management team. From 2002 to 2012, they held various roles at Viador, Bytemobile (acquired by Citrix July 9, 2012), and Power Assure. Since 2013, they have been CFO at PanTerra Networks, the leading provider of cloud-based unified cloud IT service solutions. In their roles, they have been responsible for Finance, Legal, and Human Resource operations, as well as drafting plans to control and restructure finances, developing and maintaining revenue-forecasting models, and managing the monthly close.

Jeff Boucher obtained a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University between 1991 and 1995. Jeff then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from CPA, State of California in 1997.
