Melissa Kowal

Melissa Kowal has extensive experience in product support and marketing, currently serving as the Product Support and Marketing Manager at Pantropic Power since July 2008. In this role, Melissa develops and executes departmental budgets, sets annual objectives for the Product Support team, and tracks service revenue transactions. Previously, Melissa held various marketing and sales positions, including Director of Sales/Marketing at Techno Direct, and roles at Hawaiian Tropic and American Express, where responsibilities encompassed marketing material design, trade show event coordination, social media management, and premium product instruction. Melissa's educational background includes studies at Broward College and attendance at Western High School.
