Verónica Torres Hernández

Verónica Torres Hernández is currently the Subgerente de recursos humanos at Aztlán Parque Urbano since February 2024 and has held the position of Subdirector de Operación at Papalote Museo del Niño since October 2009. In this role, Verónica is responsible for implementing the Museum's Operation Plan to ensure the availability of exhibitions and visitor services, managing operational personnel, and overseeing the Cuates Training Program. Additionally, Verónica works on generating improvement strategies based on the Experience Evaluation Program results and enhancing communication with visitors through post-sale service. Verónica holds a Diplomado en Formación Estratégica para Gerentes de Alto from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2020) and a Maestría in Comunicación organizacional from Universidad Justo Sierra (2004-2008).
