Ben Kazael

Ben Kazael has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ben most recently worked at Papaya Gaming, starting in 2020, where they have served as the Head of Monetization since February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Monetization Analytics Team Lead at Papaya Gaming from September 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Papaya Gaming, Ben worked at Moon Active as a Monetization Business Analyst from August 2019 to September 2020.

In 2018, Ben worked at the Department of Corrections- NZ as a Senior Data Analyst. Ben'sresponsibilities included analyzing department-wide data, developing Power BI/SSAS Tabular models and dashboards, and presenting insights visually to non-technical management.

Prior to that, Ben worked at Intel Corporation, where they held two roles. From June 2017 to January 2018, they worked as a Data Analyst, building automated reports and developing a unified data warehouse for the validation department. From November 2015 to June 2017, they served as a Project Analyst, optimizing operational efficiencies, consolidating project data, and leading a task force for implementing a BI tool.

Ben also has experience as a Project Manager at Inspire Lab for Image Research, where they worked from May 2016 to November 2017.

In addition, Ben has worked in the education sector. Ben served as a Student Affairs Coordinator at New York University from February 2013 to November 2017, organizing and planning events for residents and managing partnerships with organizations and businesses. Ben also worked as an ACT Shenkar Accelerator at Shenkar College of Engineering. Design. Art in 2016, overseeing the development of a business venture.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked in leadership positions at Union for Reform Judaism - Camp Kalsman, including as a Unit Head in 2013, a Programming Specialist in 2012, and a Cabin Counselor in 2011. In these roles, they supervised staff, facilitated educational programming, and supported campers.

Ben Kazael obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ben-Zvi High School in Kiryat Ono from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Biology, General and World History.
