Laura McCurry

Laura McCurry is an accomplished Engineering Manager with a robust background in software development and management, currently leading at Paper since May 2023. Prior to this, Laura spent nearly a decade at Amazon, progressing through multiple leadership roles, including Software Development Manager for Prime Air and Customer Engagement Technologies. At Amazon, Laura spearheaded cross-functional teams, drove the adoption of Agile methodologies and behavior-driven development, and significantly improved operational efficiency within legacy platforms. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earned in 2010.
