Philip Cutler

Philip Cutler is the Co-Founder and CEO of PAPER. Philip was formerly a City Councillor for the City of Westmount, where they served as Commissioner of Public Works and Innovation and Commissioner of Public Security. Prior to their work in politics, Philip founded Laurus Educational Services, a tutoring company that serves students across Canada.

Philip Cutler has a Bachelor of Education from McGill University in Elementary Education, and has also attended Selwyn House School. Philip is a certified teacher.
