Anthony Nicola has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anthony began their career at Agilent Technologies in 2000, where they worked as a Support Manager for nine years. In 2009, they joined Ixia as an Asia Support and Professional Services Manager, holding the position for four years. Since 2014, Anthony has been associated with PaperCut Software, starting as the Head of Global Support until 2017. Anthony then served as the Head of Product and Support from 2017 to 2018, and as the Head of Global Customer Success from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Global Product Development (Interim) and Head of Product Operations.
From 1996 to 1999, Anthony Nicola attended the University of Melbourne, where they studied Engineering.
