David O'Hara has extensive work experience in various roles within the software and technology industry. David currently works at PaperCut Software as the AMS Customer Support Director, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Customer Success Lead - Americas at the same company from August 2020. Before joining PaperCut Software, they worked for HP as a Solutions Architect for almost nine years, from December 2008 to July 2017. David has also worked at Sybase as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead from October 2004 to November 2008, and at HP as a Project Manager from September 2003 to October 2004. David started their career at Deutsche Bank as an Application Development Manager and worked there for over 12 years, from September 1990 to June 2003. David also briefly worked at CRI Advantage as a Senior Developer in 2003.
David O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Regis University. David also has additional certifications in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, CISSP from (ISC)², Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from HP.
