Caroline Harding-Gelbard has over 15 years of work experience. Caroline began their career in 2003 as a Features Intern at InStyle magazine. Caroline then worked as a Beauty Intern at 'Tatler' magazine, Conde Nast, and InStyle magazine, IPC Media. In 2005, they joined The Parthenon Group as an Associate. In 2007, they were a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and a Beauty Intern at InStyle magazine. From 2008 to 2012, they were the VP Customer Retention at NetJets and the Director - Global Market Development and Director - EMEA Strategy at Stella & Dot. Since 2015, they have been the SVP, Growth Strategy & Insights, VP of Consumer Insights, Senior Director of Consumer Insights, and Senior Director, International Expansion & UK General Manager at Paperless Post.
Caroline Harding-Gelbard began their educational career at the University of Cambridge, where they earned a BA in History between 2001 and 2004. Caroline then attended Harvard University, where they were a Special Student at both the Kennedy School of Government and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences between 2004 and 2005. Her studies at Harvard included Government, Leadership, History, and Art History.
