Carrie Farler

Carrie Farler has a long and varied work experience. Carrie began their career in 2004 as a Manager at Four Entertainment Group. In 2005, they moved to Middle Earth Developers, Inc. as a Project Coordinator. Carrie then returned to Four Entertainment Group in 2006 as a General Manager. In 2010, they took on the role of General Manager at Mainstay. From 2011 to 2014, they held two roles at POSSIBLE as Regional Talent Manager, Eastern US and Project Manager. Carrie then moved to Mashable in 2014 as SVP Operations & HR and Talent Director & VP Operations. In 2018, they joined MoviePass as Chief Talent Officer. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Chief People Officer at Paperless Post.

Carrie Farler obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Art Education from Miami University. Carrie also holds a Leading through Influence Certification from Virtuali Inc., which they obtained in March 2015.
