Carolina Peitx Bernardo's work experience starts in 2006 as a Booking and Customer Care Agent in Viaggiare SRL. Carolina then progressed to roles such as Team Leader BackOffice and Operations Manager in the Customer Area. In 2012, they became a Project Manager in the Customer Area for Lastminute.com group, focusing on analysis and project management. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at lastminute.com, first as a Training & Quality Manager in the Sales Area and then as the Head of Training & Quality in the Customer Area. Their responsibilities included establishing and monitoring quality KPIs, designing internal processes, and developing training programs. Currently, they hold the position of VP Customer Care & Operations Support at papernest, where they oversee customer care and operations support.
Carolina Peitx Bernardo completed their Programme for Management Development - PMD® degree in General Management and Strategy, Leadership and People Management at Esade from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they pursued an Especializacion en gestion de la calidad total degree in Economía de la empresa at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2016.
