Kevin Shortle

Kevin Shortle has a wealth of experience in various roles related to coaching, consulting, real estate, and education. Kevin currently serves as a Coach & Consultant at ProSpeak Productions LLC, where they provide hands-on coaching and consulting to clients, leveraging their extensive experience in real estate investment. Additionally, Kevin is a Partner at Noteworthy USA, a role they started in 2021.

Previously, Kevin worked as the Creator & Host of the Kevin Shortle Show (now known as Real Estate Without Renters with Kevin Shortle) since 2018. In this role, they developed and hosted an innovative talk show focused on real estate and real estate note content, regularly bringing on new guests and discussing training classes.

Before that, Kevin held the position of Education Consultant at MWMfund starting in 2020, where they provided expertise in education. Kevin also worked as a Marketing and Education Specialist at Paperstac in 2019, where they focused on marketing and education strategies.

From 2012 to 2018, Kevin had multiple roles at NoteSchool, including National Sales Instructor and Director of Research & Curriculum / Training. In these positions, they conducted engaging training sessions, managed a comprehensive research program, and contributed to the development of new profitable training products.

Kevin's career also includes being a National Sales Instructor at Brookview Financial from 2009 to 2012, where they presented live sales programs and increased revenue through streamlined workflow processes. Prior to that, they owned Shortle Consulting and Investments from 2000 to 2009, purchasing over 120 properties in Central Florida and providing coaching and consulting services to other investors.

Kevin's early experience includes being a National Sales Instructor at Dynetech from 2002 to 2006, where they conducted training presentations and achieved high sales revenue.

Kevin Shortle attended Furman University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Kevin'sfield of study at Furman University was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In January 1986, Kevin Shortle also obtained a Florida Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
