Brandi Kosek

Brandi Kosek currently serves as a Teacher at Papillion La Vista Community Schools, a position held since August 2023. Brandi is also the Owner of Bison Witches Bar & Deli, a role undertaken since March 2016. Previously, Brandi owned and operated multiple restaurants, including Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2020 and Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Council Bluffs, IA, from October 2015 to April 2020. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from Nebraska Wesleyan University, completed in 2007, and graduated from Centennial High School in 2003.
