Helen Keough has extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Enterprise Delivery at Papirfly since February 2018. In this role, Helen leads initiatives in Digital Asset Management and On-brand Content Creation, supporting over 1 million users across 1,500 global brands. Previously at Papirfly, as Head of Customer Experience, Helen oversaw customer onboarding and retention strategies for blue-chip clients. Prior to joining Papirfly, Helen held various marketing roles at Global Radio, including Brand Manager and Acting Head of Marketing, where significant increases in radio listening figures were achieved. Additional experience includes consulting, public relations, and event management across multiple sectors, showcasing a strong ability to develop and implement strategic brand initiatives.
