Abdou Benkirane

Abdou Benkirane has extensive work experience as a Process Engineer. Abdou started their career at Ultragen in 2011 and worked there until 2015. At Ultragen, they gained valuable experience in process engineering. In 2015, they joined NARL Refining Limited Partnership where they served as a Process Engineer for various units including Kero Merox, LSR Merox, LER, depropanizer and deethanizer, Amine regeration unit, Sour Water Stripper, and Water treatment plant for boiler feed water. In this role, they actively collaborated with unit operations supervisors and control technicians, conducted troubleshooting and operational support activities, and monitored the overall unit performance. Abdou also conducted test runs and implemented improvements, increasing the capacity of the Depropanizer and Deethanizer units. In 2017, they moved to Island Energy Services, LLC as a Process Engineer and continued to utilized their skills in optimizing unit performance. Since 2019, they have been working as a Process Engineer at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc.

Abdou Benkirane pursued their education at Polytechnique Montréal from 2006 to 2010 and graduated with a degree in Chemical Process Engineering. Their field of study focused on Chemical Process Engineering during their time at the institution.
