Latoya Smith

LaToya Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. LaToya began their career in 2005 as an Administrator at Fort Bend Independent School District, where they worked until 2011. LaToya then joined Xcution, Inc. as a Change Management Consultant from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Sirius Solutions, LLLP for a brief period. Later in the same year, they joined Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. as a Sr. Project and Change Management Specialist until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Management at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., focusing on designing and implementing programs to attract, develop, and retain employees. Their responsibilities include systematizing performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and recruiting alignment with company goals and objectives.

LaToya Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Prairie View A&M University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. LaToya then pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the same university, attending from 2002 to 2004.
