Genesis Rosa

Genesis Rosa serves as the Associate Director of Employee Engagement & Experience at Para Los Niños. In addition, Genesis is currently participating in the 2023-2024 Lead LA program through Coro Southern California, having been competitively selected for this part-time, 9-month leadership development initiative designed for cross-sectoral professionals in the Greater Los Angeles area. This program focuses on enhancing leadership and management skills while fostering professional growth and networking opportunities to increase impact within teams, organizations, and communities. Genesis is an alumna of Pacific Oaks College.
