Robert Santiago

Robert Santiago serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Para-Plus Translations, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, establishing performance indicators, and developing administrative policies. Santiago has also contributed as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Translators Association, promoting professional standards within the translation field. Additionally, Santiago was a member of the Leadership Council for the Association of Language Companies and participated in peer advisory groups with Vistage International. Prior experience includes roles as Division Director at CMX and General Manager at Damiano Long, LLC. Robert Santiago holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
