Dr. Lena Kluge

Dr. Lena Kluge is a seasoned professional in psychology and human resources with extensive experience as Personalmanagerin and HR Consultant at team neusta Unternehmensgruppe since May 2023. Kluge serves as a Wirtschafts- und Sportpsychologin at Kluge Psychologie and has held academic roles as Dozentin and Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (Postdoktorand) at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg since April 2021.
