Liz Garcia

Liz Garcia is an experienced professional in the fashion and retail industries, currently serving as a Sales Associate at Parachute Home since February 2022 and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin since January 2024. Liz holds various leadership roles, including Vice President of Media for University Fashion Group, where responsibilities include directing creative teams and overseeing branding initiatives. As a Hair and Makeup Artist for A La Moda Zine, Liz contributes to cohesive photo shoots with a focus on thematic styling. Additionally, Liz has held internships and positions that involved promotions, marketing, and production assistance, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in communication, creativity, and organization. Liz is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textiles with a minor in Media and Entertainment Industries at The University of Texas at Austin, building on a strong academic foundation and prior educational achievements at Dallas College and Skyline High School.
