Eliza Roth

Eliza Roth is currently a Community Cebador at Guayakí Yerba Mate, engaging in product promotion and local events since September 2023. As a Food Writer and Content Creator with The Publisher Desk, and an Editorial Intern at Foodberry, Eliza specializes in designing infographics and editing videos for a food technology platform. Additionally, Eliza fulfills a Social Media and Marketing Co-Op role with Parade and serves as a Social Media Ambassador. Eliza previously mentored peers at Northeastern University's College of Social Sciences and Humanities and interned at Elidah, Inc. Eliza’s experience also includes working as a Food Server at Fuji J Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar and employment at Second Hand Siamese Pet Rescue. Eliza is pursuing education at Northeastern University, with an international study planned at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
