Cassie Corless

Cassie Corless currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations for the Dining Division at Paradies Lagardère, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Cassie held various leadership positions at Tastes On The Fly from February 2018 to April 2024, including Vice President of Business Operations, Senior Director, Director, and Assistant Director of Business Operations. Cassie has also gained experience as General Manager at El Paseo Mill Valley and Copita Tequileria Y Comida, as well as Manager at Poggio Trattoria. Cassie Corless earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Arizona between 2004 and 2008.
