Kayla Hayes is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and management roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Clinical Manager at Paradigm HomeCare since April 2022, Kayla has previously held positions such as Director of Resident Services at The Cottages Senior Living and Health and Wellness Coordinator at Brookdale. Prior experience includes multiple Assistant Director of Nursing roles at The Gardens of Richardson, The Plaza at Richardson, and Villages of Lake Highlands, as well as Charge Nurse at Hollymead Skilled Nursing and Rehab, and LVN at Golden Acres. Kayla's educational foundation in nursing was established at Trumbull Career and Technical Center, where a Practical Nurse degree was earned between 2008 and 2010.
