Claudia So is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Director of Lender Relations at MCAP since January 2023. Previously, Claudia held various leadership roles at Paradigm Quest from 2007, including Vice President of Corporate Accounts, Director of Operational Support, and Team Lead of Servicing Operations, where significant improvements in efficiency, service excellence, and compliance were achieved. Claudia's expertise includes developing training programs, managing human resources functions, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and a Marketing Certificate, both from Ryerson University.
