Mila Miroshnichenko

Mila Miroshnichenko is a seasoned QA Analyst with extensive experience across several prominent organizations, including a current role as a Sr. QA Analyst at Paradigm Quest since January 2019 and a longstanding position at BMO Bank of Montreal, where work began in April 2007. Expertise encompasses broad testing of Java, VB, and .NET applications, alongside extensive database testing using Oracle and SQL Server. Proficient in developing test plans, determining test strategies, and administering testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. A strong background in leading QA initiatives, complemented by earlier consulting roles with Nikken International and Finansia Ltd. Mila holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Financial University and has pursued additional studies at Seneca Polytechnic and GBC.
