Cole Kochman

Cole Kochman has extensive experience in account management and business development. Cole is currently working as the Director of Account Management at Paradigm, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the National Account Manager at Paradigm from December 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Paradigm, Cole worked at North American Risk Services where they held several positions, including Vice President of Business Development from July 2019 to November 2020, Business Development Executive from February 2019 to July 2019, and Regional Marketing Executive from July 2017 to January 2019.
