Vice President, Clinical Solutions at Paradigm

Deborah M. Benson, Ph.D., ABPP, has extensive work experience in the field of clinical services and management. Deborah M. has held various positions at Paradigm, starting as Director of Clinical Services in 2008 and then progressing to Senior Director of Clinical Services from 2015 to 2018. Deborah M. further advanced to become the Associate Vice President of Clinical Services, Catastrophic Care Management from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President, Clinical Solutions at Paradigm.

Prior to their time at Paradigm, Dr. Benson worked as a Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist in a private practice from 2005 to 2020. Before that, they served as the Executive Director at North Shore LIJ Health System-Transitions of Long Island from 1993 to 2008. Deborah M. initially started their career as a Neuropsychologist/Case Manager at New Medico Rehabilitation Services from 1990 to 1993.

Deborah M. Benson, Ph.D., ABPP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Hofstra University. Deborah M. then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Neuroscience from the University of Wyoming. After completing their master's degree, they obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology from The City University of New York. Additionally, they hold a certification in Rehabilitation Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology.
