Spinal Cord Injury Medical Director at Paradigm

Indira Lanig M.D. has extensive work experience in the field of spinal cord injury. Indira first started their career with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in 1987, where they served as an Assistant Chief of Service and later as the Chief of Service for Spinal Cord Injury. In 1989, they joined Craig Hospital as an Attending Physician in their Spinal Cord Injury Program and remained there until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital, initially as an Associate Medical Director and then as the Medical Director. In 2014, they joined Paradigm as the Spinal Cord Injury Medical Director.

Indira Lanig M.D. completed their Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Sociology at Rice University from 1976 to 1980. Indira then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at Baylor College of Medicine and graduated in 1984. Following that, they continued their education at Baylor College of Medicine from 1984 to 1987, where they completed a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, specializing in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine.
