Liz Swantek

Liz Swantek has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Liz currently serves as the Director of Account Management at Paradigm, a specialty care management organization that focuses on improving the lives of those with complex injuries and diagnoses. Liz joined Paradigm in June 2022 and is responsible for overseeing various clinical solutions and case management services.

Prior to their current role, Liz worked at Workers' Comp Pharmacy Benefit Management, Ancillary, and Managed Care Solutions for 16 years. Liz started as a National Account Director in February 2006 and remained in that position until June 2022. In this role, they managed national accounts and was involved in the development and implementation of benefit management solutions.

Before joining Workers' Comp Pharmacy Benefit Management, Ancillary, and Managed Care Solutions, Liz worked as an Account Sales Manager at Concentra Health Services from March 2004 to February 2006. Liz was responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales.

Liz's career in healthcare began at Rochester Midland Corporation, where they worked as a Sales Representative from June 2000 to March 2004. In this role, they focused on sales and building relationships with clients.

Throughout their career, Liz has gained extensive experience in account management, sales, and healthcare solutions. Their expertise and track record make their a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.

Liz Swantek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Liz attended the university from 1992 to 1996.
