Kevin’s career is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel excited about showing up to work, and that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company culture shapes that experience. Throughout his career he’s helped companies, non-profits, and universities establish award-winning inclusion initiatives and continues that work as a Director of Training and People Development at Paradigm.
Kevin came to Paradigm from FM Global, an engineering-focused Fortune 500 company, where he brought together his expertise in training and development, customized strategic DEI plans, and operationalizing global and national inclusion programs. In a previous role at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee — the first professional sports organization that created a publicly transparent diversity data / inclusion plan initiative — he led the redevelopment of the organization’s learning and development programs, and helped prepare D&I Scorecards that highlighted opportunities to increase diversity and inclusion among athletes, coaches, staff, board of directors, and membership.
Prior to that work, Kevin established his roots teaching intersectional social justice courses at the university level and holds a master’s in administration and leadership with a focus in diversity and inclusion.
