Matthew Droge

Mat Droge, APIO, currently serves as the Vice President of Programming for the Arizona School Public Relations Association, providing professional development for public relations professionals and coordinating the organization's annual training conference. As the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Paradise Valley Unified School District, Mat builds and leads an award-winning team that is regarded as exemplary nationwide. Additional experience includes serving as a consultant for Meta Image Management, enhancing brand image for various clients, and previously working as the Marketing and Communications Program Manager for the City of Glendale, where Mat developed communications programs to promote a positive city image. Mat has also held roles as an Emmy Award Judge, Executive Director of Marketing and Media Relations for Geary County USD 475, and as a Professional Speaker for the Kansas Association of Public Information Officers. With a foundation as a Public Information Officer for the Riley County Police Department, Mat has extensive experience in public relations, crisis communication, and brand management.
