William Baldwin

William Baldwin's work experience includes:

- Product Designer at Paradox starting in 2023.

- User Experience Designer at Hi Dev Mobile from August 2020 to January 2023. William led strategic design initiatives, redesigned post-purchase marketing products resulting in a 70% increase in click-through rates, and developed design systems adopted by RedBull and Sam Edelman.

- Design Specialist at Fresh Baked Threads in 2019.

- Director of Photography at Mead School District in May and June 2018. William collaborated with a team to organize and execute a district-wide shoot, and edited footage into a promotional video reaching teachers, students, and their families.
