Loïc Fontaine started their work experience in 2012 at Ubisoft, where they initially held the position of Knowledge Management Assistant for a short period. From July 2012 to April 2015, Loïc worked as a Web Project Manager, collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders to develop the company's digital workplace and internal social network. Loïc also worked on the enterprise social network, focusing on recommendation systems and video features. In April 2015, Loïc transitioned to the role of Team Lead, Internal Community, where they served until November 2018. During this time, they were responsible for leading the internal community team.
In December 2018, Loïc joined Paradox Interactive as the Team Lead, Community Management, where they remained until January 2020. Following this role, they were promoted to Head of Communications, a position which they currently hold.
Loïc Fontaine's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, which they obtained from Lycée Philippe Lebon from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they attended Lycée Henri Poincaré from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Classe Préparatoire Littéraire, focusing on literature. Loïc then moved on to the Marketing Academy in London, where they earned their Master's degree in Ancient & Medieval History from 2007 to 2010. Finally, Fontaine attended Enssib, where they completed a Master's degree in Knowledge Management & Librarian Sciences from 2010 to 2012.
