VP, Engineering, Product Development at Paragon 28

Ben joined the Paragon 28 product development team in April of 2014 and currently serves as Sr. Director of Engineering, R&D. Ben has served in various product development roles at Paragon 28 prior to serving as Director and has overseen or been directly responsible for many of Paragon 28’s product launches. He currently manages Paragon 28’s hardware and sports medicine divisions and oversees a team of engineers dedicated to bringing cutting-edge technology and solutions to the Foot and Ankle market.

Prior to joining Paragon 28, Ben worked for Mighty Oak Medical, a spine startup in Denver, Colorado, as their first hire to define the product development cycle, execute product development programs, oversee the intellectual property portfolio and establish the Quality Management System.

Ben holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanics from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University with a minor in Business Administration.
