Alena Sleptsova Kavanagh

Alena Sleptsova Kavanagh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in creative agencies and marketing. Alena started their career at CMP Country Music Plus Magazine as a Marketing Manager, responsible for the global promotion of the magazine. Alena then worked at Zeus Creative as an Account Manager, where they played a role in business development and won major contracts for the company. Alena then joined Design Tactics as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on brand communication and positioning for clients. At Dynamo Studio, they served as a Senior Account Manager, contributing to the agency's growth and success through creative work. Later, they became the Head of the Creative Department at RRDCreative, leading a team of designers and strategists. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Creative Agency Ireland at Paragon Customer Communications. Alena also has experience working with UEFA as a GROW Mentor.

Alena Sleptsova Kavanagh pursued their Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Language at Irkutsk State Linguistic University from 1991 to 1997. Later, from 2012 to 2013, they undertook postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing at Dublin City University.
