Grace Q.

Grace Q. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Grace started their career as a Resident Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014, where they gained valuable interpersonal and leadership skills. Following that, they became the Co-Chair for Campus Walk at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, showcasing their dedication to advocacy and community engagement.

In 2016, Grace took on the role of an Occupational Therapy Aide at Massachusetts General Hospital, furthering their experience in the healthcare field. This was followed by their transition to Ametros in 2018, where they worked as an Account Representative and later as a Sales Operations Specialist. These positions allowed their to develop strong sales and operational skills.

Grace then joined INFUSEmedia in 2020 as a Client Success Specialist, where they demonstrated their ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Grace moved on to work at Commit Action in 2021 as an Accountability Coach, highlighting their passion for coaching and supporting others to achieve their goals.

Most recently, Grace worked at Coldsmoke Creative as a Project Manager from November 2021 to March 2023, and is currently working at Paragon Digital Marketing in the same role. Through their project management experience, they have proven their ability to efficiently manage and execute tasks.

Grace Q. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in September 2020, "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in January 2020, and "Inbound Marketing" from HubSpot in September 2020.
